SWEET AND SOUR EVERYTHING 😜😜😜
This is another freezer clearer..... It will clear your freezer of every little bit of this and a little bit of that lurking in the freezer or fridge. In this case, I have some bits of fish, prawns and toufu lying around that needs to be finished up and I'm not in a mood for curry, so this is one of those ways to clear it out of the freezer and into my stomach 😜😜😜
Ingredients
Some fish fillet, cut to bite sized pieces
Some prawns, peeled
Some toufu, cut to bite sized pieces
Some pineapple
Some broccoli
Some onions, quartered
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 slices ginger
Some shredded carrots
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon plum sauce
1.5 tablespoon white vinegar
4 tablespoons wheat flour
6 tablespoons rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon corn flour
Some water
Salt and pepper
Method
Mix the ketchup, sugar, plum sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and corn flour with 4 teaspoons of water

Now, in a wok with some oil fry the ginger, garlic and onions till aromatic. Add the sauce mixture, broccoli, pineapple and shredded carrots and cook till the sauce thickens
