SEAFOOD TOMYAM NOODLES
Granted, the one in Bangkok is really tasty, but so is this! It's so easy to make at home, so I really don't understand why people are willing to queue for so long to get a bowl.....
Ingredients
1 pack of Mama creamy tomyam noodles
Some prawns
Some squid
Some fish balls
Some crab stick
Some lala
Evaporated milk
Juice of one lime
1 teaspoon tomyam paste
1 egg yolk
Method
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the pack
Remove the noodles and put it in a bowl
With the same liquid, cook all the seafood, when done, arrange it in the bowl
Put all the seasoning, tomyam paste, lime juice and evaporated milk in the liquid. This will make a damm good soup
Leave it to boil for a minute then pour it over the noodles
Add the egg yolk, garnish with corriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
So easy to make, yet so tasty! Brings back memories of Bangkok! Enjoy and stay safe!
