HARD BOILED EGG SANDWICH Made from leftovers in the fridge, this recipe will amp up your hard boiled egg sandwich game! The prawns were from my wanton making, the spring onions from my backyard, the bread was from my Kaya toast breakfast and everything else can be found in the fridge or in my kitchen. U can just as easily buy all the ingredients and it'll be gone in a flash as this is one sandwich that won't last very long on the breakfast table! Ingredients 3 hard boiled eggs   Butter equivalent to the size of an egg  Boiled shrimps, cut to small pieces  One onion, cut to small pieces  Spring onions, cut to small pieces  Bread, toasted  Japanese mayonnaise Method Mash the eggs and add everything together. Stir it to mix well, spread it on the bread and cut to size. Easy peasy, right?😜😜😜 Now, that was one really good breakfast! Definitely better than the standard hard boiled egg sandwich! Try it! Take care, everyone, and stay safe!
